Decided on your device
Filtering does not send numbers to servers that decide whether a call comes through.
Available for Android
Call blocker: contacts in your address book ring right away and filtering happens on your own phone.
How it decides
The filter uses your address book and recent calls to decide what rings.
Numbers saved in your address book go straight through.
The first call from an unknown number never reaches you.
If the same number calls again within 24 hours, the call is let through. After about a week without new calls, it is blocked on the first attempt again.
Privacy
The decision does not depend on the cloud. Without internet, protection keeps working.

Contacts and history stay on your device.
Your control
Manual lists take priority. The history shows what the filter did.
If you join the network, an alert can warn you after a call that was already blocked. The badge only informs — screening stays local.
Plans
The call filter works on the free plan. For a better experience, upgrade.

The essentials about the filter, privacy and plans.
Turn on protection in the app and grant the call screening permission. By default, the first call from an unknown number is rejected; if you prefer, you can silence it instead of rejecting.
If the person calls again within 24 hours, the call comes through. Anyone who must always get through can be marked as allowed in the app, and contacts in your address book ring right away.
Yes. Filtering happens on the device itself and keeps working without a connection.
Filtering does not send numbers to servers that decide whether a call comes through. The app asks for the contacts permission only to let your address book through, and you can turn that option off whenever you like.
No. The call filter works on the free plan, with ads shown with your consent. Silver (one-time payment) removes ads and includes local backup; Gold (subscription) adds cloud backup and time schedules. Prices appear on Google Play.
The manufacturer and the Android version can change how call screening behaves, and the app does not promise perfect filtering. If something is not filtered, the protection diagnostics are in the app itself.
Install it, turn protection on and let the filter handle unknown numbers.
