These Terms of Use govern the Smart Call Blocker app (“App”), provided by Sonsai (“we”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service
The App provides smart filtering of unknown calls on Android, preferably with local processing. Paid features (Prata and Ouro plans) and Master (admin-assigned) may include ad removal, local backup, cloud backup and protection schedules, as described in the App and on Google Play.
2. Account
- You may use the App without an account for basic local screening
- Google sign-in is required to purchase, restore purchases, use cloud backup and delete the remote account
- You are responsible for the security of the linked Google Account
- One account may have one active device; device transfer follows the in-app flow
3. Plans and payments
- Official plans: Free, Prata, Ouro and Master
- Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Play Store rules
- To cancel the Ouro plan, use Plans → Cancel Ouro subscription. The button opens Play Store subscriptions, where the cancellation is done. You keep Ouro until the end of the period already paid
- The App does not decide entitlement alone: receipt validation happens on the server
- Donations via PIX or Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary, are not Play products and do not grant a paid plan
4. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the App in accordance with applicable law
- Not bypass plan limits, device linking or security
- Not use the App for harassment, unlawful interception or violation of third-party rights
Call filtering depends on permissions and Android’s screening role. Manufacturers and OS versions may affect behavior.
5. Data and privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: local number screening; account and cloud backups at your request; ads on the free plan via AdMob with UMP.
6. Deletion
You may erase local data and delete the cloud account in Settings.
- Deleting the account does not cancel the Ouro subscription. You cancel it yourself in Google Play subscriptions
- If you have the Ouro plan, the delete button is only enabled after you check two confirmations: “I have already canceled my Ouro subscription on the Play Store” and “I confirm the subscription cancellation and the permanent deletion of my account”
- The App cannot verify in real time whether the subscription was canceled. By checking the confirmations, you declare that you have already canceled it
- Canceling is your responsibility. If the subscription remains active, Google Play may keep charging you after the deletion. Without the account, we cannot restore the plan or refund amounts for this reason. Refund requests follow Google Play rules
7. Disclaimers and limitation
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect filtering on every device, or freedom from interruptions caused by Android, carriers or third-party updates. Our liability is limited as allowed by Brazilian law, excluding indirect damages where permitted.
8. Intellectual property
App trademarks, interface, code and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use of the App.
9. Changes
We may change these Terms. The date at the top will be updated. Continued use after a change, where allowed, means you are aware of the new text.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Venue is the user’s consumer domicile when the Consumer Defense Code applies.
